I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University New England, 17 years experience teaching mindfulness meditation, and have also successfully completed six doctoral level courses in Clinical Psychology for professional growth. I offer a counseling relationship that focuses on safety, communication, and positive regard. I strive to leave my clients feeling seen, heard, valued, and empowered. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as families and couples. I am here to support you in your growth, but specialize in: trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, parenting, identity exploration, communication, anxiety, depression, emotional development, and self-esteem. I have a lot of experience with neurodivergent and disabled clients, and I value all forms of diversity.
